Suggested Use

Comments on Suggested Use

Mag 07 promotes healthy bowel function in two ways depending on the amount used:

• Softens stool at low amounts, 1 or 2 capsules at bedtime. These amounts also provide a cleansing effect over time.
• Cleanses the intestines at higher amounts, 3 to 5 capsules daily as needed at bedtime. Mag 07 tends to liquify the stool at these dosage levels.

The body absorbs very little magnesium from this product. Mag 07 is not formulated to be a magnesium supplement.
